This tutorial deals with a user's need to upload older content so that it appears listed in the appropriate year and on the date of the event.  This solution will work for all types of media: news, photos, videos, blogs and results.  For this tutorial we'll use an old video as an example to a user's profile.  

1 - Log into your account.

2 - Mouse over the "+" icon in the top right of the screen along the menu bar.  Click "Upload Video" in the drop down menu.

• Here is where a new video can be archived.  For a more lengthy tutorial on video uploading, click here.  In the top left of the "Upload Video" pop-up window, you'll see two dates: an "Uploaded Date" and a "Creation Date."

• An uploaded date is the date on which you wish the video to be viewable on RunnerSpace; next to it is a time of day.  This feature is especially handy for "post-dating" videos in order for them to not be viewable until the date and time you enter here.  To learn more about post-dating videos, click here.  
• The "Creation Date" is the line that concerns archiving content.  By changing the creation date, you are telling the system to archive the video to a specific date and time.  For example, if you're uploading a video of a track meet that occured on May 1, 1981, simply enter that date and your video will appear under the year 1981 videos on your profile.  

3 - Change the creation date to the desired date, and finish uploading your video.  Now, when you visit the Videos tab on your profile page, you'll see 1 video listed in 1981 under the year dropdown menu in the Folders section.  

Note: Your video will also appear under 1981 videos (once approved) on any other group, event, or profile page you have attached the video to.  To learn more about attaching your content to other pages, click here.
