Here are some suggestions and tips for when your video won't upload to the site.
Common issues:
- Upload stalls out at 99% or 100% and doesn't ever advance to the Success page
- Upload is successful but hasn't processed to be viewable (can take up to an hour for larger files)

Suggestions:
- Try starting the upload again from the beginning. We cover many meets throughout the year and it's not uncommon for us to have to try a second time to upload a video
- Make sure your video meets the spec requirements. See Technical Specs
- Try reprocessing your video. We use and suggest a program called MPEG Streamclip by Squared 5. It is a free program and works across all operating systems. We suggest processing at the same settings as the original video. Visit the Squared 5 webpage to get the program.  If your files are over 1GB, it might be best to reprocess it down to under 1GB (especially if you have slower internet) via Streamclip or other editing programs and lower the Kbps.  Below is a typical setting we have used in Streamclip (the "Frame Size" will depend on your video).
